Spencer Pascal is a Principal at Commerce Park Investors and owns Commerce Park Ventures. Born in Westfield, New Jersey, and raised in Harlingen, Texas, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analysis in 2019. He began working for his father, Roy Pascal, in 2018 and played a key role in rebranding Commerce Park Investors. Since acquiring his first industrial building in Roxbury, New Jersey, in 2019, Spencer has renovated and developed numerous properties. He continues to grow and build the future of Commerce Park.

After years of experience, Spencer decided to begin this podcast with a partner to explore and discuss cashflow in different industries around the world.
